Slap On Admin Pouch V3 (SOAP)

Miniaturized admin pouch that can be attached on soft/loop Velcro surfaces or direct mounted on any carrier with 6x3 of PALS with sewn-in soft Velcro by weaving the One Wrap straps.

V3 features stylish crest shaped soft Velcro for unit/ID patches. The rear hard mounting One Wrap straps are now .75" wide and they integrate better with MOLLE.
